Citation (Max. 250 characters) :
The citation will be used as the official quote when saying why the person(s) was awarded the prize.

Statement of Accomplishments (Max. 2500 characters) :
Describe the nominees' scientific achievements, emphasizing scientific
advancements both within specific scientific fields and across fields.
Collaborative work must be acknowledged in this statement if it is listed in Publications. In such cases, it is important to distinguish the
contributions of the nominee from his/her collaborators.
Curriculum Vitae (Max 2500. characters) :
Provide the following information about the candidate: Birth month, date, year, and city, state, country; country of residence; country of
citizenship; undergraduate degrees, institutions, and year conferred;
graduate degrees, institutions, and year conferred; professional positions, institutions, and years held, listed chronologically (identify all positions and dates held at the same institution); post-doctoral fellowships (include years from-to); significant memberships; major awards (identify organizations that sponsored awards and award years).

Publications:

List no more than five of the candidate's most important publications (within the field being nominated).
For joint publications, the authors should be listed in the same order as in the article originally published. Collaborative work must be acknowledged in the Statement of Accomplishments.
