The Popular Lecture with Bill Bryson

Bill Bryson, the author of the highly acclaimed book "A short history of nearly everything" gave lectures at the University of Oslo and at the House of Literature during the Kavli Week. Both the lectures fillled up, and the response was overwhelming.

The lectures was based on his book; "A short history of nearly everything", and the lecture realistically named "An even shorter history of nearly everything".
Brysons lecture focused on the idea behind the book and its development, but mainly the many strange wonders of the world and the universe that he discovered through the process. Like his book, the lecture was presented with a lot of humor, and his visit to Norway was a highly enjoyable and successful event during of Kavli Prize Week.

The interest in getting sign books was great, and the que was long.
